Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take 1-2 extra days. Strikes, weather or courier updates can sometimes cause delays. We share your tracking number on WhatsApp. See our Shipping Policy for details.

When is delivery free?

Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 1,500 or more. Orders below Rs. 1,500 have a delivery charge, which is shown at checkout.

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are handed to the courier the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.

How do I track my order?

After dispatch, we send you your tracking number (CN) on WhatsApp or SMS and update you when your parcel is out for delivery. You can also message us your Order Number on WhatsApp. See our Track Your Order page.

What if my product arrives damaged or wrong?

Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your Order Number and photos or an unboxing video. If the problem is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund.

Can I return an item or get a refund?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. A refund or replacement is approved after we check the item and confirm that it meets our Refund Policy.
