Track Your Order
Tracking your order is easy. Follow the steps below.
How to track
- After you place an order, we confirm it with your Order Number. Please keep it safe.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are handed over to M&P Courier the same working day.
- After handover, we send you your tracking number (CN) on WhatsApp or SMS. We also let you know when your parcel is out for delivery.
- For the latest status, send us your Order Number and phone number on WhatsApp.
Delivery time
Usually 3-5 business days after dispatch (1-2 extra days for remote areas). Strikes, weather or courier updates can sometimes cause delays. If your parcel has not arrived 7 business days after dispatch, message us on WhatsApp and we will follow up with the courier.
